Lawyer from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro, Master's and PhD in Intellectual Property and Innovation from the INPI Academy, MBA from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation. Expert of the World Intellectual Property Organization in Brazil and Switzerland. Visiting professor at several universities in Brazil and Europe, in the area of ​​Genetic Heritage and Associated Traditional Knowledge. Author of the books “Eco-innovation and Associated Traditional Knowledge”, “Voluntary Licenses for Biotechnology Patents” and “Intellectual Property Studies”.
